I have been waiting until after I post about the last 3 months worth of classes before I show you my new designs ... but I have decided that if I wait any longer I would be able to refer to these projects as new!!!!!
The first of these projects is Alphabet Soup!
This is a single bed sized quilt that I put together using raw edge applique and my method of trapunto ... I think I will plan some classes around trapunto for next year ....
This quilt came together really quickly taking only a few weeks to complete. I just love the extra dimension from the trapunto, it looks terrific on a bed!
This is Ben's quilt, so I made it with my boy in mind ... mind you he hasn't slept under it yet! I would love to have the time to make it up in girlie colours!
If you happen to be in Canberra then you can take a peek at it in the 'flesh' at Addicted to Fabric. I'll be teaching again at A2F in September this year and we will be working on In Spring (see below) ... give the girls a ring if you'd like to come along.
As we all know there can't be a new release without a giveaway and because I have three new projects out at the moment I am going to do a combined giveaway ... I'll follow up this post with two more posts, over the next couple of days, each showing one of the two remaining projects so here's how the giveaway will work .....
Leave a comment on this post or one of the next two posts - before the 1st of July & one random commenter from each post will receive a copy of;
Wish you were here or
In Spring - which ever takes your fancy.
If you leave a comment on all three of these posts before the 1st of July one commenter will have the chance to win a kit to make up either Wish you were here or In Spring - which ever takes your fancy.
If you purchased a copy of either of the two new projects from one of my retailers or from myself before the 1st of July then email me telling me where & when you bought the pattern and you will have a chance to win a kit to make up either Wish you were here or In Spring - which ever takes your fancy. Please remember you will need proof of purchase.

Joseph's Coat ...
Unfortunately, all of the Melbourne 'Joseph's Coaters' are super slack ... sorry guys... and are all a ways away from being able to complete the next step in their progress of the quilt but fear not I have a new plan so watchthis space and in the next few weeks I should be able to show you how to put togetherer the next 3 rows.
These pictures are from last weeks Joseph's Coat class at Patchwork House ... more photos later ... but don't you just love this block? All of the petals in the picture above belong to Brianna who is going to be starting work at Don't Look Now this coming week .... yay!!!!!!

Good luck with the giveaway guys ... and have a terrific weekend!
Kellie
PS. I have decided to begin a new page, of sorts, to post photos from my classes ... so hopefully this will make it a little easier to maintain because I am having a lot of trouble keeping up at the moment. I guess we'll see if this solves my problem ... but more on this later.
Love the new pattern, cute, cute cute!! And those patterns are wonderful. Thanks so much for the opportunity to win one!

Love the new pattern Alphabet Soup; wouldn't it be fun as a wall hanging in a class room? My DD is starting her first job as a first grade teacher and I though I would make a quilt for her.

Love your new quilt=Alphabet Soup. The trapunto certainly gives it extra texture. The 2 pillows are super cute, too. Wish I had a place in that class but it was full when I called. Great it's so popular. Any more classes?
