Yeaaahh, well done to Soo and Lara, lucky things :-). For the binding I like the 1st one and the 3rd one. Megan definately has your genes, those are great. You do realise you will be fighting the boys away when she is a bit older!!! Had to laugh at the pic of the kissing lol. Have a lovely weekend .

Funny...
I just got back from Amitie. I dropped in 10 minutes before closing time and the joint was jumping. I didn't get out of there until 4.30.
There was fabric strewn everywhere! (Not by me, I hasten to add. I just wanted a template and a sewing machine needle.)

Cass Ward

That's a great outfit by your daughter

Handmaiden

Well, it is very well deserved attention! way to go!!! I like the top stripe for the binding. The others look a little too monochromatic. I am thinking Miss Megan is going to have her own blog in the not so distant future! wow! she is great!!! Have a good weekend and get some sleep!!!!!!!!!!!

Lisa

Wow - Megan has done a stunning job on her PJ's!! Glad to see she is putting her prize to good use. Love the sneak peaks of your latest quilt - your appliques and machine quilting are just gorgeous. I love stripey bindings - hope you find the perfect fabric to finish it off.

Your quilting looks gorgeous (once again)! I have been trying to learn free-form quilting lately and it is so hard.

Oh, and I forgot to say, I'm such a dope. I kept looking at that monkey thinking -- "Does he have two right arms?" Then I smacked myself when I realized it was his tail! Doh!

sue

Kellie I literally stumbled onto your blog when I was searching for a pattern.
Your quilts are absolutely stunning! Really beautiful. And unique.

The smocks are also what I was looking for. Would you please email me the pattern?
So lovely!

suesue

coming visit from ric-rac too. i love the sock monkies-they're so fun!! i think it's great that your young daughter wants to sew-she'll have so much fabulous, unique clothes that way!

Kim McBirnie

Oh, i wish I could machine quilt - yours is really stunning - where on earth do you start with something like that? I've got a Janome, and although it comes with the foot attachment I'm just clueless. Guess I should stick to bags and let you experts continue to dazzle us novices!

That is so exciting! I love when great projects spread like wildfire! Yours certainly deserved this!!!

jessica

Those art smocks are amazing. I stumbled across your blog and like it very much!!! You are super talented!

Leah

Wow, the quilt looks increadable, you are very talented to say the least, and your girl looks like she will follow, good job, both of you.

Kim McBirnie

Usually when my sewing room is that tidy it means I'm avoiding doing something else - so I am an expert tidier! I'll keep your room tidy if you teach me to do machine quilting? OK, so its a bit far, but.........

Ashlee

I love what you've made! I am going to add you to my blog roll. I have really enjoyed visiting, you are so creative!
