Cut your fabric
Cut fabric as follows;
main fabric one 6 1/2" x 6" rectangle
lining fabric (choose a fabric that contrasts nicely with your main fabric) cut one 7 1/2" x 6" rectangle
Place right sides together sew short edges together. Once complete you will have a tube of fabric.
